Life is not so easy; we face many challenges and hurdles at every moment of life. Yet the important thing is to have a dream and strive for the dream until it is succeeded.
I have an experience of more than ten years in core part of accounting. As an accountant I am grateful to be one of the members of Global Japan, which helps to utilize one’s knowledge and strength to the optimum level. I personally believe in teamwork and there is saying “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much”. With this belief, I am looking forward to work with GJC and the team as a whole for the growth of an organization

I am into Consulting business for the past 15 years and still going strong. I am a rank holder double graduate from the prestigious University of Delhi. I have an acumen for Labor laws and Human resource management. I have practiced law and also worked as consultant for various Japanese Clients across India. I have been part of union negotiations and have supported clients in downsizing/ suspension/calling off strikes. I have a conducted successfully many domestic inquiries, audits and represented companies at various legal forums. I value my clients by having personalized concern for each as individual and treating them as equally important as every other. I dive for timely delivery of work and believe in giving futuristic sustainable advice. I intend to work with clients at GJC like a shadow who is available even in the darkest hour and will help to sail through all difficulties in a most convenient way. My strength is my spirit to make continuing efforts for improving my learning, experience and skill of judgement.

After I founded a trading company (export) in Japan and ran it for 14 years, I started a company in Chennai that supported B2B businesses. Additionally, I have accumulated approximately 10 years of experience working at several major Japanese manufacturing companies in Chennai. I sometimes had difficulty with the different business practices, complex procedures, and frequently changing rules compared to Japan. However, I have been fortunate to have reliable business partners, colleagues, and friends locally in India. This support has been the driving force that makes me feel like continuing to pursue my dreams and goals in India despite the challenges. The Indian market is diverse and has high growth potential, but it also presents many challenges due to differences in regulations and business practices. I aim to be a true partner who sincerely addresses the needs of each customer, providing accurate advice and implementation support, and growing together.

When living in India or doing business with Indian companies, you may be surprised and sometimes exhausted by the differences in culture, lifestyle, and business practices. However, pushing the Japanese way of doing business in India may cause further fissures, while pandering to the Indian way of doing business may only result in the creation of one more Indian. Those of you who are thinking of entering into India, or who have already done so, have chosen to do so with a strong sense of determination.
